Niki Borofsky is a bilingual (French–English) mediator, entrepreneur, and conflict resolution strategist based in Paris and New York. She is the Founder and CEO of Nikisky Consulting, which offers a dazzling array of conflict resolution, practice development, and creative services for individuals, organizations, and institutions navigating complexity and change. Niki also serves on the pedagogical guidance committee of the École des Conflictualités, a new Master’s program led by Plein Sens.

She has worked with JAMS, the CPR Institute, and in the international dispute resolution practices of Proskauer and Latham & Watkins. She is the founder of the ADR Inclusion Network, a platform dedicated to advancing equity and diversity in the field of dispute resolution.

Deeply committed to innovation, Niki explores the use of emerging technologies—including AI—as tools for resolving conflict more efficiently, effectively, and sustainably. She has trained police officers in nonviolent communication with the New York Peace Institute, facilitated mediation workshops with Mediators Beyond Borders International, and serves on the board of the Latino Judges Association Foundation. She also co-hosts the monthly Dispute Resolution Roundtable Breakfast with Professor Maria Volpe of CUNY John Jay’s Dispute Resolution Center. A Le Cordon Bleu-certified chef, she curates tailored gastronomic storytelling experiences—blending cuisine and conversation to create spaces for growth and shared understanding.
